QUOTABLES!
quote of the day
I want to thank Netflix and Universal for believing in us and letting us tell our stories... I think they really seem to get what diversity really is. It's not, 'Hey, let's give this white protagonist a brown friend!' No. It's, 'Let's have a show where there's a token white guy.' And that's what our show is.

BRYAN CRANSTON is just fantastic as PRESIDENT LYNDON JOHNSON in HBO's "ALL THE WAY" (based on the play). For many years I geeked out and listened to recordings of Johnson's dealings. It's really important to watch given today's political environment. He was leading during a tumultuous time with major moral issues at stake. How he maneuvered his way to bill passage is something to see (and learn from)... Billionaire venture capitalist PETER THIEL has a long memory. Controversial online publication GAWKER outed Thiel's sexuality years ago. Now it's been revealed he bankrolled Hulk Hogan's recent successful lawsuit against the pub. Revenge? Deterrent? Hero? We take a look in our new REDEF MediaSET: Thiel vs. Gawker... I'm trying to reply and engage less in last word arguments with people who don't deserve it. Failing miserably by the way... Happy Birthday to NICHOLAS GRIFFIN, LORI CHAJET and NICK FRIESE.
