Daily picks in Media, Fashion, Music and Sports are updated ever weekday morning (except major US holidays) at 6 am ET.
Email newsletters (MediaREDEF, FashionREDEF, MusicREDEF and SportsREDEF) are sent every weekday at 6:15 am ET.
Live mixes are regularly updated throughout the day on weekdays, and less frequently on weekends.
There will be no daily picks or newsletters on Monday, Jan. 16, in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
