When the notice was served at the Old Homestead Trail house, no one was home and it appeared as though the property might have been abandoned.

Several suspicious break-ins occurred at the home and the owner is believed to be asking the court to hold the release of insurance money Kelly could receive until everything else is resolved.

Kelly, 51, rents another property in Johns Creek. He  allegedly uses it to house his 'sex slaves' when he has visitors at his main home.

A third house rented by Kelly in the area was also believed to be burgled last year.

The Ignition singer did not make the money he expected to make over the last year, a source told DailyMail.com, blaming bad press after being accused of keeping a number of women in his home as members of a sex-obsessed, abusive cult.

Since then, it is believed Kelly has drastically downsized his team in recent months as he faces financial difficulties due to canceled shows, the source said.

The insider said that Kelly made $300,000 worth of renovations on the home, including turning one room into a cigar bar and another into a basketball court.

In December, Kelly said that two of his homes in Duluth had been burgled by 'an associate' while he was on tour in New Orleans.

He surveyed the damage on Instagram, revealing bare rooms and debris in a series of videos and photos.

Johns Creek police were summoned to the Grammy award-winning singer's home on Old Homestead Trail on November 26, reported WSB-TV.

An associate, who has been identified as Alfonso Walker, allegedly sold all the singer's items.

The record producer's maid called officials when she arrived at the home for a cleaning and saw that the property had been emptied.

A neighbor allegedly witnessed several men loading furniture and other house belongings into vans and trucks.

The front door was unlocked and there was a broken window pane on the back porch, officers reported.

Apparently Kelly's personal items, electronics and the majority of the furniture inside the houses were gone.

Another home Kelly rents in the area, on Saint Devon Crossing, was also reportedly burgled.

Authorities are investigating the missing belongings and have issued a warrant for Walker on two counts of burglary, two counts of theft by taking and at least two counts of theft by deception.

Last year, a representative for Kelly said that the singer 'unequivocally denies' having a 'sex cult' in his Georgia homes.

The representative said Kelly would 'work diligently and forcibly to pursue his accusers and to clear his name'.

Kelly has an estimated net worth of $150 million, according to The Richest.

Despite his wealth, the singer has endured his fair share of scandals and legal troubles over the years.

In 2013, the R&B artist suffered a massive hit to his finances when his 20,000 square foot dream home was auctioned for less than a million dollars, according to Forbes.

Additionally, in 2016 Kelly was accused of owing the government $2.3million in unpaid taxes, BSO reported.

Between 2005 and 2011, his total debt added up to $6,227,767 in unpaid federal taxes.
